SCHOOL!

Oh my goodness here I am back at school and it's amazing. I hadn't realized how pathetic my life actually was until I got back to wonderful Rexburg. I haven't been as lucky in roommates this year as I was last year, they're both wonderfully nice people, but not the most sociable people in the world so we haven't really talked at all.
Now in the process of moving in I had a couple of grand adventures... neither of them particularly good for me, but definitely memorable.
My first adventure of the day I had taken in my small blue suitcase and changed into some clean clothes... since I had been wearing my sweats and t-shirt for the past day and two nights (definitely doesn't quite count as sanitary). Once I was changed I threw my boots down the stairs and ran back to my room to grab my phone, just in case someone called. Putting my phone in my pocket I walked down the hall and began descending the stairs. On the third step down I missed, the ball of my foot just barely went past the edge of the step, but that little overstep threw my foot out from under me and I began to slide down the stairs. I quickly threw my arms out to try to catch something to keep from going head over heels down the steep incline. My pinky caught the railing at the edge and slowed me enough that I just slid down the stairs, though admittedly quite roughly. This exciting trip down the stairs, scared my poor roommate who was in her room half to death. In retrospect it was quite funny, but at the time all I could think about was how much the one side of my rear hurt.
The other grand adventure was when I went to move my car out from in front of my apartment building where it was not supposed to be parked, I found that it had died and I couldn't move.... so I went and asked one of my old roommates if she would jumpstart my car; which she did. And as soon as it was running and she was pulling away a cop pulled out of the neighboring apartments parking lot. that made me nervous for a few minutes.

Other than those two adventures my time back has been highly enjoyable. I like all my classes so far and hope I will continue to do so. Although I am mildly worried that the homework load will be quite intense I think I'm going to be able to stay on top of it, and get everything done that I need to as long as I keep doing most of it the day I get it instead of putting it off till the night before.

Here's to a grand new semester may it be fully fabulous
